Solar panels alone cannot power your site during a power outage. However, with the addition of a battery storage system, you can store excess energy generated by your panels and use it to power your business during an outage. We currently are installing TESLA Powerpack systems on various sites across England, which act as your own Micro-grid for your site, managing your power seamlessly and saving thousands on energy bills.
This all depends on the nature of your business as every business is different. We can supply more detailed information for this by providing you with a Solar proposal once we have concluded a site survey. You would receive a report with; Energy production charts, a financial analysis and estimated return on investment.
Yes, if a boiler was accredited before March 2021, it is still possible to get on the scheme by transferring the tariff to the new owner/site. The payments will still be made for the remaining years stated on the tariff. e.g. if it was accredited in 2018, payments would still continue until 2038, as the tariff is valid for 20 years from accreditation. The process for transferring tariffs can be confusing and a lengthy process, however we can take care of this.
